  • Walk at least 30 minutes each day.
  • Go up stairs and avoid lifts.
  • When your are in the office, take at least one break in the morning and another in the afternoon to carry out stretching exercises.
  • Try and enjoy physical activity: go dancing, go bowling or take a walk through the city as an outing.
