Probiotics:

In search of balance

Stress, inadequate eating habits and abuse of medicines such as antibiotics, are three good causes of an imbalance of our intestinal flora. The good news is that there is a new generation of foods such as probiotics that help you recover the balance lost.
The life-style that each person goes adopting in time is one of the most important factors when developing and establishing eating habits, a fundamental aspect, together with hereditary factors, that defines the balance of the intestinal flora.

Healthy habits:

Developing habits begins at home

Other factors are lifestyles and the time we devote to preparing meals. It would appear that what is known as "home cooked food" is on the decline and instead there is an abundant offer of foods with more calories.
